RENDERBROOK SPADE

Renderbrook Spade was the original purchase by Isaac Ellwood in 1889. It is 120,000 acres located south of Colorado City in Mitchell, Sterling and Coke counties. Renderbrook runs Simm/Angus cows that are bred to Balancer Bulls. Steve White is the current manager of Renderbrook Spade.

Steve was raised in Post, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University. After graduation, Steve spent seven years working for Spades at the Borden Spade division before becoming the manager of Wagon Creek Spade in Throckmorton County. After 12 years there, Steve moved over to the Renderbrook Spade. Steve and his wife Jackie have two daughters, Cheyenne and Schellli and a son Hadley. Steve has been with Spades since 1986.

Marty Daniel and Kaleb Jackson have both been with the ranch since 2009 and Cody Jackson joined Renderbrook in 2012.
